Our personal training programs are setup to give you a head start in your fitness and training. We guide you step-by-step in all the movements necessary to correctly execute your moves and training. It's ideal for those with a busy schedule and/or for those needing more work on certain techniques and achieving specific goals.
Let us know what results you are looking for from a private personal training session and we will cater to your specific needs, age and abilities. Training can be done at our studio or at your training facility. Special rates available for current members and groups of 2 or more.

Why should I do personal training?
- Group classes may be intimidating to some, others may just have a specific goal; weight-loss, fitness competition etc. A personal trainer will be better able to create a program to cater your needs and push you to achieve the maximum results in the least amount of time.
I have no experience, can I still do a private session?
- Yes. Our personal trainers will get you started in an active lifestyle in a safe and friendly atmosphere that will progress at YOUR level. As you improve, the excersises will change. A private training session can help you get started in the art-form you are planning on starting OR help you improve in it. You may also consider private sessions for other reasons not related to martial-arts such as weight-loss and improved health.
What should I wear?
- You can wear any type of comfortable and breathable clothes.
How much does it cost?
- Private sessions vary in costs. Although more than group classes, the impact it can have on your life and health are unmeasurable. A typical personal training session can rage from $25-$100/hr.
